Simplicity 
of configuration

The MLC 9000 use a system of computer configuration, very simple and fast to use, for the set-up of the circuits of regulation. 
The intuitive interface doesn't require for some special education or a programmed logic, as for the most PLC. The circuits of regulation can literally be shaped in a few seconds. The program of computer configuration offers a special function of "wizard" for an easy configuration. Its centralized planning makes the simple configuration as the functions of "copy and paste."

Logic Fuzzy and Auto-tuning

Once finished the configuration, the functions of logic Fuzzy and of Auto-tuning (Auto-tune) are automatically activated, allowing so a fast set-up of the circuits of regulation. 
The parameters PID can easily be optimized by variations activated through 
keyboard, avoiding in such way reschedulings.

Special function of regulation

The MLC 9000 is endowed with a function of ramp and a second "target set-point". And besides available a function of progressive starting (soft start) with the purpose to optimize the process.

The system MLC 9000 are easily expandible

The addition of modules PID to the existing system is very ease. The degree MLC 9000 don't influence the time of cycle of the PLC, it maintains the integrity of the system and it require only small variations of configuration to the PLC.

PLC e Bus versatility

The MLC 9000 are able to work with the most actual PLCs. 
The regulation PID happens to inside rack and is directly connected through interface to the PLC or to a dedicated keyboard. The unity has been developed for working with MODBUS, DeviceNet and PROFIBUS.

"HOT SWAP" function

The MLC 9000 are endowed with a function of hot swap that allows, in the eventuality of a problem to a module of regulation, to replace the same module without switching off the plant or to interrupt the productive process of the machinery. 
To replace or to add a module, enough simply to detach the connectors (the connections don't introduce cables as in the case of discreet regulators or you modulate PLC), and to disconnect the module pressing the key "quick release" After the substitution, the module automatically comes reshaped with the established parameters through the Module of communication BCM, allowing the system to start over working in the smaller possible time and avoiding other interventions on the system

Function of back up of the thermocouple

The system MLC 9000 has a function of back up, to protect the system from breakdowns of the thermocouple. 
To every single module can be connected two thermocouples and, in the case of breakdown to one of them, the MLC 9000 will automatically activate the backup thermocouple. 
In such way the operation of the plant will be optimized and they will be simplified the operations of maintenance. In the moment of the breakdown to the thermocouple, a signal of alarm is activated also.

Heater break function

It is available also a control function of the tide of heating (heater break). This allows to get due alarms to breakdowns (heaters, short circuit on the relè/SSR). This function optimizes the operation of the machinery and improves its safety of it.
